• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with at least 48 hours notice. Given the nature of the one-on-one care we provide, availability is tight, and we often have a list of folks who we cannot fit in. Unfortunately, over the past few months we have seen an increase in late cancellations and appointment changes. A late cancel or schedule change disrupts our scheduling and does not give us time to fill those holes and get everyone the care that they need. Your card on file will be automatically charged for late cancellations or schedule changes.

  • Our office is located in the Ford Building in SE Portland at 2505 SE 11th Ave Suite 272 on Division and 11th. Please look for instructions in your reminder email about parking and finding us.

  • PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT TRAINS RUN FREQUENTLY THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND PERIODICALLY WILL CAUSE TRAFFIC TO STOP FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. Please plan accordingly and follow these recommendations to avoid getting stuck: If you are coming from south of Powell, please take Powell to 20th and come back down (head west) Division so that you stay on the north of the tracks. If you are coming from north of Division, please avoid driving or parking on 11th as this one-way street will come to a halt if there is a train and you risk getting stuck. We cannot be responsible for late arrivals or missed appointments due to the train.

  • Please wear a mask if you are showing signs of respiratory illness. Otherwise, masks are optional.

Acupuncture

Microneedling

Microneedling is a minimally invasive and all natural approach to skin regeneration that requires minimal downtime. Best results are seen with 4-6 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart.

I am a licensed acupuncturist and board-certified Chinese herbalist practicing in Portland, OR. I’ve been in practice for more than 14 years, and studying natural medicine for close to two decades. The primarily lens through which I view the human body is Classical Chinese medicine. I also have extensive training in mindfulness-based somatic therapy and interpersonal neurobiology, as well as whole foods nutrition, cosmetic acupuncture, and microneedling.

I work with humans to help identify the root causes and underlying patterns causing them to feel the way they feel. I understand that many of us have a sense we could feel better in our bodies, but don’t know how to get there. Modern medicine is a godsend and saves lives all day long, yet it doesn’t teach us how to find and maintain health and optimal well-being. Traditional medical systems do. The human body is a beautiful mystery, much of which we can never fully understand, but I think it is worth continuing to try to learn how to best care for each of them.
